“An iPhone” is not enough information to choose a case. Neither is “a Samsung.” Ask for the full model name, including any Pro, Pro Max, Plus, Mini, or Ultra suffix. Similar-looking phones can have different dimensions, buttons, and camera openings.

The simplest approach is to ask them to check their model in Settings. If you want to keep the artwork a surprise, ask only for the model. You can choose the design yourself after confirming that the exact phone is listed on the product page.

Every case is printed to order and ships within 48 business hours. Delivery timing depends on the destination and carrier. If the gift is for a specific date, contact support before ordering instead of assuming a delivery deadline.
