Which phones do the cases fit?
Available models are listed on each product page. Choose the exact name from your phone’s Settings → About. A Pro, Pro Max, Plus, or Ultra is a different model; never choose the nearest name.
How are the cases made?
Your chosen artwork is printed onto a tough case after you order. The case has an outer shell and inner liner, with openings for the selected phone model.
Will the artwork look exactly the same on every phone?
Different camera openings and case proportions change the visible crop. Select your phone model to see its preview before checking out. Colors can vary slightly between screens and printed products.
Are the cases waterproof or guaranteed against drops?
No. These are everyday phone cases, not waterproof enclosures. No case can prevent every type of impact or damage.
What does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is included in the displayed price. Checkout currently accepts delivery addresses in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia.
When will my case arrive?
Each case is made to order, so production comes before shipping. Timing varies by model, print provider, and destination. Contact support if you need help with an order or a specific deadline.
What if my case arrives damaged or misprinted?
Email support@trailguardcase.com within 30 days with a photo and your order reference. We’ll help with a replacement or refund under our returns policy.
Can I return a case if I change my mind?
Because cases are printed to order, change-of-mind returns are not accepted under our store policy. Please check your model carefully before paying. Your statutory consumer rights still apply.
